Wine.

Red.

2022 – Future Days Red, Pinot Noir, Dolcetto, Sangiovese, VIC  16 | 65

•Smooth high-elevation Pinot Noir 35% blended with earthy King Valley Dolcetto 35%, Sangiovese 30%. Eminently drinkable and chillable, yet with a complexity to stand up to a meal. Dark cherry and subtle earthy tones, combined with a hint of spice.

2021 – Konpira Maru, GymKata, Syrah, VIC  16 | 65

•Shiraz picked early from a single vineyard in Killmore, Victoria. Its light, bright and bouncy. Think strawberries, rhubarb, pepper, plumbs and a touch of lavender. New take on an old classic Shiraz.

2020 - Walsh & Sons, Roi, Cabernet Sauvignon, WA  101

•Matured in French oak, deep dark red black in colour. Blackcurrants, tobacco, vanilla, hints of earthy olive, bay leaf and plums. Bloody beautiful.

2022 – Renzaglia, Tempranillo, Graciano, NSW  90

Fermented in stainless, pressed in to 25% new oak. Earthy, dark fruited. Aromas of plum, dark berries and spice. Medium bodied. Delicious.

White & Rose.

2023 – Konpira Maru, Disco Pocket, Riesling, Vermentino, VIC  16 | 65

•Slight skin contact, aged in stainless, 80% Riesling. Limes, bubblegum, green apples, lemons, passionfruit. Its a fruit salad in a glass. Light fresh and a touch of sweetness to finish. It’s a ripper!

2021 – Renzaglia, Chardonnay, NSW  20 | 90

•Picked early, fermented on new and old barrels. Clean, fresh, crisp. Pineapples, lime, crisp fresh green apples, hint of almond. Kath and Kim would love this Cardonnay.

2022 - Konpira Maru, Ackbar, Semillon, VIC  65

•2 weeks on skins, pressed in stainless, then put in oak later. Grapefruits, passionfruits, lemon curd, touch of almond. Great, textural Semillon with good amount of mouth-watering acidity.

Chilled Red.

2022 – TRUTTA, Streamside red, VIC  17 | 70

•Farmed organically, foot stomped, can't get more natural than that! Shiraz and cab sav. Sour cherries, raspberries, strawberries, rhubarb and spice… basically all things nice. Good amount of acidity. You will not regret it.

Bubbles.

2022 - TRUTTA, Pet Nat, Blanc, VIC  17 | 70

Crisp, fresh and playful. Chardonnay, skin contact Riesling with bubbles. Left in the bottle to finish and bubble. Lemon, lime, grapefruit, green apples, hint of saline. Dry with the right amount of sweetness. FYI Pet Nat is an Abbreviation of  “Pétillant Naturel”, the French for  “Naturally Sparkling”
